Player information is at the touch of a key, and casino-wide messaging is available to eliminate mis-communication of special rates and offers. The Slot Tournaments module makes it easier than ever before to register and track players in tournament play. The interface allows casino staff to create, edit, and modify tournament information. Reporting is also available, allowing Marketing to better forecast and target players for future tournaments. Software security features prevent double-booking and over-booking of Tournaments. The Events Regstration module allows casino staff to track special events such as concerts, giveaways, etc. This application will track players invited, tickets alloted, and tickets picked-up. Reporting from this module will also allow Marketing personel to forecast future events by reporting tickets alloted, tickets sold, no shows, etc. Software security features prevent double-booking and over-booking of Events. DS Guest Notebook also contains a Player Info module. Within this area of the application, casino staff can quickly view valuable player information. This information is always at the fingertips of Casino Staff, making the experience for the guest more enjoyable by saving time on the phone, or in line at a player window. The Messages module of DS Guest Notebook allows messages to be displayed Casino-wide, eliminating mis-communications regarding special rates, offers, giveaways, etc
